Q: Has anyone used this bag as their personal item on Spirit airlines?

I used it on Spirit Airlines for my personal item, and it was perfect. I didn't find it flimsy at all and it did not tear. It was easy to get in and out of and place in the overhead department. I've washed it and would recommend it.

It is water resistant I would not submerge it in water as it will leak
