I took it on my holiday trip and it held up beautifully. I got the medium size. Not too big, not too small. It held 10 days worth of clothes & items including a heavy winter coat with room to spare. It does have to be checked, but the extra space was worth waiting at the baggage carousel. I recommend this suitcase.

I bought one just like this one about four years ago and it is still like new. My signficant other's birthday was comming up in September, so I asked her what she wanted, she replied a new suitcase. I went on AMAZON in march and they had the Swiss Gear Sion Softside Expandable Luggage in a 25 inch on sale for $110.00. I opened up an account with AMAZON and i got a free gift card for $80.00, I used to buy the luggage she wanted. The final cost was about $40.00. I looked at the color choices and bought the Teal color on, she loves it. This suit case is well built and has allot of room for cloths. The wheels are very sturdy and can spin around freely. It is light weight and easy to handle. There is a handle on the bottom and the side of the suitcase The top handle is made of strong metal and pulls out very easily, their is a release button on thop of the handle. It look good and is expnadable. The zippers are not cheap ones, they are very sturdy. This suitcase is comfortable to handle. The material is a very strong material and I never had any problems with it. Before I bought this suit case I read the reviews and what people had to say about this suitcase. Most of the reviews were very good. I basically went with my experince with the same one I bought four years ago and have done allot of travel with it. This suit case is built bullet proof. When you have a well built luggage like the SwissGear Sion Softside Expandable Luggage you take good care of it. It will last and perform like new for years. So if your in the market for a 25 inch check out SwisGear Sion Expandable Luggage you won't go wrong if you buy one. A buck well spent is a buck well spent. This piece of luggage is the best bang for your buck.

Outstanding Trio! Sturdy, high quality, spacious, and the multidirectional wheels work perfectly! I really like the exterior pockets for quick and easy access to stuff in a hurry, and I like the versatility of handles on the top, bottom and side, And I like that the handles adjust to variable heights! I buy it repeatedly bc it's a good value, but it's not the sturdiest. This last one lasted not quite three years before a wheel disintegrated. If you need it for light use, it's perfect. If you have heavy use, expect to replace it every few years.

I bought this bag when one of my old bags broke down on an out of town trip. I was able to order on Amazon and had the bag delivered the next day in time for me to continue my trip. The bag is a good, middle of the road option and it does everything I need it to do. In green, it is also pleasant to look at and works well for either sex.

This 25 inch suitcase is constructed well and holds a lot. It can fit more due to the fact that it has room to expand. Even when overpacked it is still constructed well and it does not tip over. The handle is sturdy and glides in and out easily. I recommend this luggage because it is priced and constructed well.

When I first received these, I was skeptical because they didn't open around the sides of the top, but rather a bit inside the top. I feared it would make it difficult to load/unload stuff from inside. I was wrong. After going on one trip with the middle-sized suitcase, I found it to be very easy to access in loading/unloading, and the quality seems top-tier. The zippers also seem sturdy, and hopefully will last through many years of use. By the way, I bought the royal blue color, then used fabric glue/paint to decorate them with symbols, which makes them instantly recognizable on a luggage carousel, AND makes it much less likely they will be purloined by a luggage thief.

I have had this bag for 3 years now (purchased in 2022). The Cons: Overall it held up alright but I would not recommend the lighter grey color. It understandably got extremely dirty, stained and banged up after a 2 trips because of the soft fabric, not the biggest deal but I do wish I picked a darker color. I am an avid traveller (that packs a LOT) and travelled with it every month or so and now it’s finally time to retire it. After 3 years the bottom of it has started to crack, the wheels are no longer straight and are wobbly, the handle won’t extend past the first notch, and the outside of it is quite banged up and dirty. The pros: it holds a lot! The outside has two zipper compartments one very large and one smaller. The inside has the standard mesh zip compartment on the one side that’s the entire size of the panel, and the main part of the suitcase is large and deep. The suitcase also expands along the zipper if needed. The wheels are 360 and the handle worked great at the start. Overall a good suitcase if you are a lighter Traveller and looking for something that holds a good amount of items. I do wish it would have lasted longer/for more years and that I had bought a darker color, but if you only plan to travel with it minimally, it would be a good fit. I most likely will purchase a different brand that will have longer durability and longevity.

Excellent case for a night away and some retail therapy. A good amount of room in there without using the expanding option. Very good quality and the outer pockets are useful too for easy to grab items, hat, gloves, brolly etc. I don't intend to use this as a cabin bag so not sure the size is compatible with that in mind as it is chunky but that is exactly what I wanted.
