Very good , knocked me out , a bit sweet , you can taste the liquorice , but worth it for a good sleep , might not work for everyone , but worth the try , I recommend it.

I read a lot about these teabags before purchasing as I have terrible trouble getting to sleep at night but I need not have worried as they work REALLY well.. at first the flavour was not my favourite but I still use them as they work so well! Oh, and my hubby loves the flavour, so there you go! Buy them, try them and enjoy the sensation of calm that falls over you after you’ve enjoyed drinking it.. Highly recommended❣️

I have bad insomnia and on prescription sleeping tablets and still struggle. I don't know if it's placebo or not, but when I have this tea before bed and read once I'm in bed, I seem to sleep much better. And when I wake during the night, I make another cup and read again and it helps me get back to sleep, whereas before I could be up for hours. Nice with milk and sugar, and the flavour isn't too weird or herbal-like.

I've been drinking this tea for 6 months, it's amazing. It used to be $9 for a box of 16. Now it's $17+ for a box of 16. Over $1.12 per bag My last purchase on October 16 was $10 for a box, what happened in 3 weeks for it to DOUBLE in price It's herbs, get a grip.
