Q: I live in Bulgaria and our electrical supply is 220 Volt, can I work with this here?

Yes you can. I have taken quite a few 120 volt appliances to Europe and used a transformer to step up the voltage. Voltage is NOT the concern. Europeans use 50 cycle AC. In the US we use 60. So motors will run a bit slower but they will work. Conversely, if you bring a European motor appliance to the US, they will run faster and probably burn out the motor.

Yes and that is pushing it ---full width 12-1/2" especially in hard wood taxes the machine--- you need to take really light cuts at max width. Like others commented it is not common to plane that wide a board--- some people will glue up boards and then run them through the planner in which case you may be wanting more width. if I were going to be planing allot of wide boards I would want to go to something with a larger motor/wider capacity to handle it easily.
