SCREWED IN SIDEWAYS

Was completely unable to use jewelry top. I went to a professional body jewelry shop to get my top changed, the cross jewel did fit but it didnt screw in evenly, it screwed in sideways and the metal was much thicker on than surface of my skin than the pictures shows.
