Q: Will it fit a horow toilet (horow hwmt-8733)? what are the dimensions for the fit?

If you have a round toilet you need the version for a round toilet, if you have a toilet that takes elongated seats you must buy the elongated version, most bidets i will have a guide measurement listed of what denotes a round seat or what the distance from to back is that required a elongated seat. Since you cannot change your bowl size or shape dot make the mistake to think that you can change one for the other by just changing the seat it rarely if ever works and you end up with a very mess and wet bath. Put an elongated seat on a tile make for a round one and the mess you will have when a user does not notice that much of the front of the seat is out over the floor and the user is not situated over the toilet bowl you end out cleaning a mess up that bring you to tears and a visitor that may not return to risk your plumbing disasters, Putting a round seat on and elongated bowl is going to be less messy, at least the seat will remain over water, but if it happens to have bidet features some of those functions may end up over shorting teh bowl and washing the wall... at least that is still cleaner than the other way around. Best to just know if you have a toilet with a round bowl that requires round seat of if your toilet featured an elongated bowl and just buy according to what your toilet already uses.

Yes we have a had a problem since day1 of owning this unit. Every male that uses this bidet ends up urinating all over the side controls. Its usually not a big deal I use my wife toothbrush to clean it off and never tell her, that way the bristles stay hydrated.

Q: What's the continuous warm water function? Does the 800 not have continuous warm water

I believe it is a water heater in the bidet. Since the bidet gets water directly and has little to no reservoir it is considered "continuous". There is unlimited heated water as long as the bidet is getting water. But I am guessing.
