Dear Sir/Madame, the snuggest fit would be for all standard 1" bars.

Will these work on a walker?

They will fit any handle with a 1” diameter and sufficient lengh. The only downside is the outside diameter, which is large. If you want to wrap your fingers all the way around you will need to have large hands.
