Adjustable Slide Board: Low-Impact Cardio + Fitness, Cross-Training For At-Home Exercise & Gyms, Great For Hockey, Golf, Ski, Physical Therapy, Pickleball, Running, Baseball & More

I'm a big guy; 6'4", 240lbs and I can barely ice skate. I'm 52 years old and sit at my desk 10 hours a day every day in my home office. I decided I wanted to drop 30 lbs so I recently built out a home gym in my basement with a quality elliptical machine and a stationary bike as well as a Bowflex Blaze and a set of dumbbells. Overall I was satisfied with the room but I really wanted another cardio option. So I took a gamble on the slideboard after reading reviews that basically said skip the knockoffs and spend the extra money on BRRRN. I'm glad I did. The product is solid as a rock. And anybody who's complaining about the inability to slide on their board is doing something wrong. So far I've sprayed my board twice. Once when I bought it and after my 6th or 7th use, and if I'm being honest I probably didn't even need to do it the 2nd time. I was just trying to follow the maintenance schedule. The booties are great too. I was super concerned that I was going to have to buy a different pair because I wear a size 14 shoe. But they fit over my shoes perfectly and slide beautifully. Best part is after 45 minutes to an hour (while watching Liverpool kick some butt!) I slide the thing back under the couch and it's gone! I love it. Oh, and the crap about not being able to use it on carpet is hogwash. Mine slides to the left over time but I can only assume that's because I push off harder on the left (or something). Anyway, it's a complete non-factor. This thing is awesome. I love that it gives me a great cardio session and allows me to mix up my workouts since like lots of folks get bored with the same workout time and time again. Long story short. Just buy it. You won't regret it!

Excellent exercise, fun, and really works your whole body.

I will say I really was t sure I wanted this. After a friend’s recommendation I did some research and seemed like a great addition to my home gym. I have a peloton bike, treadmill and TRX system. Did i need another workout situation.Why i like this is that is a great change of pace. It works your hips in a totally different way. I feel that it’s working my hips and butt in a way that my current equipment wouldn’t do.It’s easy to use and set up and store. It’s big and sturdy and made with great quality and solid materials. The booties do seem a bit small but i have small feet, so not an issue for me directly. I love the classes on YouTube tho i dont like using YouTube for multiple reasons. Having access to free classes is what sold me on adding this to my home gym.If you want to add something new to your routine that only needs 15-20 minutes this is a great addition. Don’t have any regrets for buying It.

I worked out with flimsy sideboards in the past and was happy to find that Brrrn has an affordable, high quality board for home use with a nice video subscription program (kind of like Peloton). I got the standard non-adjustable board, which is acceptable for my height (5'4"). However, once i get stronger I may wish that the board was a couple of inches longer. The board itself is solidly built, and on the heavy side. The videos are pretty good, but my only complaint is that there are not enough of them. Also, it appears that Brrrn is trying to emulate Peloton and offer yoga, meditation, etc. I wish they would just stick to slide board videos. The instructors are good, but somewhat lacking in personality. This equipment is a good addition to one's fitness program, especially if you need lateral strength for things like skating (duh!) or golf. I'm not so sure this would be a good idea if you're older, uncoordinated, or out of shape. You need to take care as the board is very slippery. If you have bad knees using the board to do lunges can be downright dangerous. My major gripes are: (1) the booties are terrible. I don't have big feet, but the standard booties barely fit over my shoes. I imagine it would be impossible for anyone wearing over a ladies size 7 who chooses to use running shoes to fit over their shoes. There are much better replacement booties available. (2) the app is very clunky. Once you finish a class you can't get back out to the home screen unless you close the whole thing down. I also dislike the fact that you cannot cast to a TV, and that the app does not note if you have previously taken a particular class. All in all, Brrrn is off to a good start, but they need to make some improvements to make it a truly excellent package. Either that, or get big and successful and get bought out by Peloton!

The slide board was nice, well-made, and appeared to be durable.The board shipped via UPS. UPS sent it through 4 terminals in the wrong direction - up the east coast - all after it was within 60 miles of where I live. Due to the extra handling - loading and unloading - the box arrived with a large rip and the booties, spray, etc were all missing. I looked through the instructions on the website and emailed customer service for replacements. No one has responded in two weeks. The company does not publish a phone number that I have found on their website or otherwise. I am returning the board.

My trainer has one but we really only used it for warm up and leg excercises. I thought it would be great for lengthier cardio. Originally bought a cheap version to see if i would actually do it. I LOVED IT. However, that one broke down pretty quickly so it wasn't a smooth glide anymore. I knew this one wouldn't do that, as my trainer has had it for years. The glide on the Brrrn is amazingly smooth. Highly recommend.

So it's probably my mistake but jist be aware all you get is the actual slide board, a small hand towel and instruction manual and an Allen wrench. Inside the manual it says the brrrn board comes with the a ice plus booties and a care kit. No option to just have the missing items sent so I have no choice to return. Not happy. The slide board looks awesome but you're selling with no booties?? Again probably my fault but poor business practice imo.

Brought this as a gift for husband. He loves it.
