A Beautiful Boiling Boi
Have had it for a week. Did 3 rinses and have used twice for food/tea use times so far. I used brita filtered water and small white dots did appear on the bottom. I sponged them away but I still hadn't expected it. I live in an area with hard water but it was just bam noticeable right away. The good thing is that since it's transparent you can see that and reach in to clean it. Its very ergonomic, nice to look at, good weight, the water shuts off once it's really bubbling. It will bubble intensely but it doesn't bubble over before it stops with a click. Lots of vapor but the handle doesn't get more than just a little warm and the vapor doesn't affect your pouring. Pouring is good the little filter inside doesn't affect it. It does take a few minutes to boil 1.5 L of water but for the price and the fact that you do easily obtain 1.5 L of hot water, it is worth it. I had a plastic one before that got really gross from all of my roommates using it often and leaving it closed. It is a huge quality improvement for the price range. Will update once I get into hot-chocolate-for-a dozen-roommates mode this winter! ;D

Has pros and cons but I like it
Not 100% glass there is a silicon sealed to the bottom and plastic parts the steam contacts above and you can’t remove the little sieve that is why I deducted a star but other than that great kettle. After you wash it and use it it does not smell like chemicals like other tea kettles and that’s all I want from a tea kettle, glass is the way to go and this kettle is the easiest no hassle cheap way to get a nice glass kettle. Cheesy blue LED is getting annoytjjng too but my rating is still good for this product because it serves its purpose I can make tea quickly in a container I can easily see is clean and made from mostly good materials which is much better than most cheap kettles.

Not submersible. Clean the bottom with CLR.
Update! The bottom gets covered in minerals, the best way to solve this is CLR. There's another review that talks about flaking, the flaking is from the minerals, if you remove the minerals it stops flaking. Imagine that.Nice looking and works great. Takes 4 or 5 minutes to boil a full pot and much bigger than I was thinking. The only downfall is that the pot isn't submersible, as a matter of fact I wouldn't recommend even setting it in a wet sink. Also minerals deposits on stainless steel plate after second use.

Good Design and Quick heater with plenty of storage in a single serve.
I ordered this kettle to be able to prepare hot water quickly in the morning when I go to work. This works as described in the product description. I tried to heat up about 1 Litre of water and in about 90 secs water was warm enough to be able to drink. When the water is heating, blue light lights up around the edge of the kettle jar and electrical heater part. It has a dedicated on/off switch at the end of the jar to switch or off the heater. Lid is very convenient to open and there is a strainer at the opening where water come s out of the jar. This is very well designed and looks good in our kitchen. Will update my review after thorough use of this product.

Well built, beautiful, hands down the best kettle for your money.
I intentionally waited and used this kettle before rating and reviewing to give you the most honest useful possibl.First you need to know we live outside of town and we have well water. Our well water is hard, even with a softener and new filters, so it leaves mineral residue on anything it touches.Pros:•The boracillicate glass is nice and thick. So unlike the other glass kettles I’ve tried, this one has continued to remain clear and beautiful. No mineral residue on the heating area or the glass. If I encounter any, I add white vinegar to the water and turn it on for one cycle, then it is sparkling and new again.•The kettle boils a generous 1.7 liters of water in less 5 mins.

It's been about 2 weeks since I've gotten my electric kettle and it's made me never want to go back to the stove top kettles ever again. This kettle is relatively quick compared to other kettles and has an ample amount of capacity. The only issue I'd say it has is the calcification turn up after a week and half of frequent use. I'm not too sure if that's a normal issue or a water discrepancy, but overall this kettle is worth it's price.

Can see the water level clearly.
Get this after the lid of the previous stainless steel one is broken. Can't open the lid. Decided to get a glass one so i can see the water level easily. This sure does the job.First time i have a glass kettle, and i feel it's a little heavier than the stainless steel one. The control to open and close the lid is a little tight/hard, hope it last longer than previous one.

This Brewberry had great reviews and was exactly what we were looking for
A few months ago, I bought this kettle to replace our previous electric kettle that the cat knocked off the counter and broke. I shopped online and read reviews and checked prices. This Brewberry had great reviews and was exactly what we were looking for. I especially like the all glass construction of the water holding portion of the kettle. I also liked the blue lights at the bottom that lets me know it is heating up. When it gets to the proper temperature (boiling) it shuts off automatically. I now thank the cat for killing the original kettle so I could get this one. :-)
