Very happy with these upon first impression. Rigid quality and spot welded corners. Paint has good coverage- no bare spots. Glad I didn't settled for a plastic vent at my home center. Bought these to install on the gable ends of my shed. UPDATE: I realized that these particular vents are "flange front" vents designed to be stucco or sided over. That won't really work with my T 1-11 application thickness. If I want to avoid exposed screws, the manufacturer recommends to caulk the vent in place and insert a couple screws from the inside into the framing studs. Should work fine.

There is no attic-side securing flange, so the outer flange was needed for fastening. Thinking the metal would be thin enough, i brought up a masonry bit for the stucco behind it. The masonry bit did not get through the flange, so I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness.

I hardly give a 5 star review, however you have to give credit where credit is due. I have had two of these in my shop for a few years now. They have great air flow and most importantly no matter what kind of storms we have, they don’t let the water in. Well made, well designed.

I used the attic vents for my storage building and they work great. I like that they are metal and sturdy. They have a nice size insect screen attached. These vents should last for many years.

They are made of good quality.

This is a great louver/vent. I installed it in a wall of my standby generator enclosure for the exhaust.

Was exactly what they said it was. Ordered 2 before from other companies and was not what I asked for.

arrived perfect this works if you need a vent to install in a cargo container and use VULCUM SEALER TO SEAL IT
