Sturdy, look great on set, not too heavy, amazing price.
I use two of these for my interview setups with Aputure LED's and they are great. Sturdy without being too heavy, don't look cheap on set and do a great job. Price is great. Highly recommend.

The lock easily breaks poor quality
The 2nd time i use with mono light the 1st lock breaks so i cannot make it higher or if i use it. will keep turning on different side useless i cant return it now coz i used it 2nd time on the 2nd month so i cannot replace it back.
