Does exactly what it says on the tin. Only just started wearing for for workouts but it definitely gets the sweat running.

I really like the quality and material it is made of. I use it when I exercise and it does help with support and sweat. I combined it with the abs of steel cream and it seems to make me sweat a little more. I attached the pictures of the belt with measurements for your reference as I did not see it anywhere before I purchase it. Hope it helps.
