Garden of Life, Vitamin Code, Raw Prenatal, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

I absolutely loved this prenatal vitamin. It was easy on the stomach and I loved mixing it into my green smoothie in the morning. As a breastfeeding mama I also used it during postpartum and it is helping keep up my energy!

This is the 2nd bottle i ave bought. A natural supplement for pregnancy with no synthetic ingredients. Fantastic product.

I take the raw with the prenatal DHA The raw do have a strong smell but I open the capsules and put them into my smoothie so I don’t taste them and I’m not taking the capsule part either!! I feel relatively good and other prenatal shave made me feel very nauseous and these don’t do that for me! I’m happy I purchased them

Have done a fair amount of research and this product consistently comes up as a recommended supplement for pregnant women. My wife has been taking this supplement throughout her entire pregnancy. The pills have been fairly easy to swallow and she hasn't reported any problems ingesting it.

As advertised, this is a raw product that takes pride in non-synthetic additives. I assumed this would come like my other prenatal vitamins in a compressed powder form - and was quite disappointed to see that there was synthetic capsules. This gives me a hassle to take off the cap each time to avoid the effect it can have on the body.
