I wanted something hippie-ish for my back patio where I spend a ton of time. Bolts and chains are not included but are relatively cheap at your local hardware store. It's comfortable and everyone who come over has to sit in it. Also, you cant beat the price. Was better then expected.

This chair was even better than I had expected. Take note that it does not come with a hook or chains to hang it, so prepare for that in advance. But it’s very sturdy. We bought it for our 10 year old’s room, but our young kids use it as well as the adults. The ONLY negative thing about this purchase was the it took significantly longer to get here than expected, shipping was very slow and expected arrival date was not accurate. But once it got here it was worth the purchase.

The ropes to hang the swing were not as advertised. They are connected in an "x" configuration (front left to back right, front right to back left) rather than a left mounting rope and a right mounting rope. May still work for some people. Unfortunately, this configuration doesn't work for the space where I intended to mount the swing. The rope extends into the sitting space and becomes an uncomfortable obstruction. It also shortens the hanging height a bit. Since other customer images show the correct configuration, I'll attempt an exact replacement.***UPDATE***I returned the swing and received a replacement. The replacement matched the advertised swing with the ropes in the correct configuration. Not sure how I ended up with one that was built incorrectly, but the one I have now is great. Getting tons of use. Changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars to account for the replacement.

My daughter loved the swinging chair!! Received exactly what we ordered! Great condition, sturdy chair! Only thing was it did not come with the hanging brackets.

Such a great addition to our bedroom. We are afraid to put too much weight in the swing, but it's great for smaller people, teens, toddlers and such. It's well made but I feel like it would stretch out if the heavier ones of my family sat in it too much. But I love it. Glad I bought it.
