Cuts Draft
We're having a cold snap and there was a lot of cold air coming through the A/C that's too big to take in and out every year. This helps a lot and looks OK. The brown was a plus in my book. I was afraid white would look dirty quickly.

Just about fit over AC unit
So far it seems to fit and work as an adequate cover for the AC. Waiting to see what happens when it gets colder and windy. Good product.
