Very good
Easily installed if you follow directions on youtube. Very good blue tooth connection, good sound quality for calls, poor sound quality for music. FM radio stations hard to operate from de remote control. Overall very good, strongly recommend.

Awesome product from 2015 and is still relavent
I'd have given 5 stars if not for the need to cut the perfororated plastic out of the helmets speaker pockets and enlarge the retention tabs to make the speakers fit right. They don't lay flush as-is, if you have a smaller head in a larger helmet it might be OK. After trimming there is just enough clearance that the fabric covered mounts fit just perfect with one exception; the cheek pads have a part of the plastic that lays over the edge of the speaker and rolls my ear a little but when donning the helmet. Additionally the plastic reinforcement for the neck portion of the center liner will need cut to allow relief for the brain of the operation, the liner bunches up if you dont. I'll be trimming those as well.Overall sound quality is good and loud! If you run a volume amplifier app I highly doubt you'll get above 75% on this thing, these things really crank out a lot of sound. Heavy bass or saturated mid range music had tendency to distort a bit but has a reasonable bass note none-the-less, good treble. The remote is pretty slick too, you'd really benefit with the intercom capabilities... the FM tuner is Meh, but works well enough. This has a decent set of simple features built in, surprisingly enough, for a device made in 2015.

Useless if you have a Mac Apple software has never worked
Useless if you have a Mac Apple software has never worked. Was initially excited to find this product. Great concept just misses the mark. First time I went to do a firmware update the Mac software would not recognize the helmet. When I called tech-support they admitted that their software didn't work and never has. Their advice to me was to buy a PC computer. Also their phone app is useless also. If you're listening to music and you answer your phone be prepared for the volume level to be almost so loud it causes pain. have had this product for quite a while now have gotten back to tech-support every three or four months they have no plans to fix any Mac issues. So if you have a Mac computer don't buy this product.

Reconnect with the world while enjoying your motorcycle
For communication and fit I recommend this product to everyone I know, the music aspect lacks bass but total volume is more then loud enough, even over the roar of my V-Twin 1600 with stage one pipes. The remote controls are learned in a few days. I only use music and calling features, haven't dabbled with intercom at all.

Get it for it's discreet install. Little else to recommend it compared to others.
Pros:- Nice discreet fitment.- Handlebar remote means no fiddling with the side of the helmet when operating the unit.Cons:- Battery unit mounting location means extra care needs to be taken when placing the helmet down making it easy to scratch/damage.- Rubber sealing plug on USB port is very difficult to reseat after removing charging cable (may compromise water ingress?).- Handlebar control is difficult to place in the best location vertically as it gets in the way of your normal handlebar controls and/or blocks the clutch lever.- Annoying audible "Hiss" when operating and not using (eg No music playing/intercom used/phone call made).- Sound quality no where near as good as the unit it replaced (Interphone F5)- Helmet no quieter for wind noise as when the Interphone unit was side mounted on the outside.

Love having Bluetooth in the helmet
Love having Bluetooth in the helmet. Loud bikes may have some difficulty with volume/clarity but apparently works great for those on other end of phone call too.

Excellent product and easy to install
Excellent product and easy to install. Some complain about the speaker however it's of a good quality to me. I'd definitely purchase again.

Vraiment top

I would recommend taking all the lining out as this will allow ...
I bought this to replace a Cardo SHO-1 that had died (twice) in its 2 year lifetime. I did the requisite research but was still apprehensive when ordering. I also ordered the Shoei GT Air fitment.Delivery was quick from Amazon. Fitting to the Shoei was relatively simple. I would recommend taking all the lining out as this will allow you to see what you're doing and make sure you're in a well lit room - I even wore a head torch as well so that light was thrown into the whole helmet. No cutting or taping was required and the whole process of fitting took about 15 mins (I took my time). All the linings go back with a bit of trial and error. The only annoying bit was getting the headphones into the recesses but they got there in the end.The headphones come as standard with no foam covering but it only takes a moment to swap the headphones onto the supplied foam carriers. The mike also comes with only a small foam microphone cover which you can fit if needed.I ride a BMW R1200GS LC and found that the remote crowded an already busy left hand grip. The clutch level fouled the remote 'claw' and having it on the left hand grip made using the indicators and BMW multifunction wheel impossible. I have now mounted the remote centrally on the handlebars just behind the ignition key. It's slightly awkward but it works for me. The remote is slightly fiddly and will take some time to get used to, but I only use the headset for GPS directions and music / phone calls so far.Sound quality is very good. It's not brilliant but music from the phone and directions from the GPS are clear at speeds well above 70mph. Comfort is good - the only time I feel that its fitted to the helmet is when I put it on - you can feel the battery box as the helmet goes on. Once on it's invisible. This is a definite plus over the Cardo - the Sena is practically built in. Nothing is visible from the outside. Callers have stated that they can't believe that they're speaking to me on the bike - so no complaints on mike and ambient noise when calling / speaking. My only concerns are battery life (the system will run for over 8hours before a charge) as the battery is built in and cannot be swapped out on the move. Hopefully Sena will offer a battery replacement service in time if needed. The other is weather resistance. The system is hidden in the helmet so should be up to the task. However time will tell. The charging port which sits at the back of the helmet has a rubber rain plug, but its slightly flimsy and I feel I have to check it all the time.I can't yet give this 5 stars - still getting used to it, but its better than my last BT headset (Cardo). Time will tell.Update:As of 30 Jan 18 the remote has died. No longer holds a charge and doesn't connect to the headset, so the whole lot is going back to Amazon under Sena's 2yr Warranty. Disappointed...
