Easy to use, easy to clean
This pan worked just as I had hoped. I never made a tart before, new recipe, new pan. Many steps in the process for the hazelnut, carmel and chocolate dish but it turned out WONDERFULLY!. Always nice when products do what is needed. It was easy to remove tart in 1 piece, easy to clean and does not take up much space to store.
