If you are preparing formula and using Dr Brown's bottles, then these travel caps are essential. The design of Dr Brown's bottles means that if they are shaken vigorously, they will leak. The only alternative would be to prepare the formula in another container and to then pour it into a Dr. Brown's bottle. This obviously results in more bottles being used and therefore more sterilising. I recommend getting a couple of packs of these travel caps so that you always have plenty to hand. The caps are also useful as travel caps. When transported, milk in the Dr Brown's bottles, can spill into the teat. Milk can then collect in the lid and mean that when the lid is removed milk spills. If you store the parts separately and use a travel cap, then your milk shouldn't leak. Like other reviewers, I believe that the caps should be supplied with the bottles.

Very nice caps for dr brown bottles. Fits perfectly it’s great for storing breastmilk especially in glass bottles. Holds a significant amount as well keeps milk fresh in it. The lids don’t unscrew and are very comfortable and thin to open

Ho comprato questi tappi per chiudere ermeticamente i biberon collo largo della Dr Browns. Sono ottimi ed il latte non fuoriesce. Io in particolare avevo l'esigenza di scuotere il biberon dal momento che utilizzo il latte in polvere. Consiglio l'acquisto ma occhio al prezzo anche rispetto ai negozi tradizionali.

Son excelentes para poder cerrar biberones y transportarlos, sin que se derrame la leche.
