Great product for Healthy Living
Very good product. I ordered this because of the many herbs and spices in it. I’ve put 1 tsp in my coffee (taste good), I’ve used a tsp in warm oatmilk, macadamia milk (very good tasting). I go to the gym in the mornings 5AM, I warm up my vanilla protein drink and add 1 tsp of Chyawanprash. Warms me up, I get a good workout and I'm energized and feel good all day. This is great for the very cold mornings and evenings. It’s great in warm water after dinner on a cold night. It’s good for your health.

It's definitely value for money.
I will say when you initially start using this product you might have some good amount of bowl moment but it will stop after some time. Reduce the quantity if you have lot of bowl moment. It improves not just immunity level but helps with digestion. If you are taking good amount of spices then may reduce and see how it works. Life is continuous learning make adjustments to see what makes your life feels better than yesterday.
