I have problems swallowing pills. This one is not too large, but still got stuck in my throat a few times and I developed a fear of taking it. So, here is what worked for me. In the morning, on an empty stomach, take a shakeable drinking container (I have a little bottle with a top). Mix the contents of the capsule in half water half juice. Shake like crazy because it's not easy to dissolve, then drink it. Follow with breakfast right away. This works quite well. No stomach problems like you would feel if you did not eat immediately afterwards, and also no need to worry about having it stuck in your throat. For me, it seems to help with neuropathy. This is amazing....I had stiff and sore muscles for a few months until I took this...sleep much better, no more shooting pains in my legs, it is an amazing cure. I only take one a day or sometimes skip a day but it has helped me and I guess I must have been very low with Alpha Lipoid acid in my system. I bought it because I read the reviews and it was highly rated. I wanted to write this review to let everyone know that this really did work for me and I would give it a try if you have sore, stiff muscles, shooting pains in various areas of your body because it really help me.
