last forever. The one we had was years old and finally developed a leak. Maybe I dropped it on the hard floor or maybe not. Regardless finally found another one.

I love this product and have 3 different sizes. I had considered it very sturdy but the 1 cup developed a crack and leaked. I am replacing it because these are the best!!!

Not paid for this review: Love this measuring cup. This is my second one. Can always tell how much I have in the cup by looking into the cup, inside of trying to look sideways at the cup. Very sturdy. I have washed it in the Dishwasher (top rack), with no problem. I recommend this one to all my friends.

Great measuring cup! Easy to see how much liquid is in the cup. I wish there was a Pyrex or heat-safe glass one, but I haven’t found one yet.

I had a couple of what I thought were great measuring cups plus a 2-cup Oxo Good Grips cup until I discovered that what was 1 cup in one was not necessarily what the other cup showed. Finally I went online and asked how much a cup of water should weigh. Found a site that gave me all of the scientific stuff then gave me the precise weight. Pulled out my little scale and found that the Oxo 1 cup measure was exact! Got rid of the other, non-Oxo cups and ordered this 1 cup to go with my 2 cup. Very happy now. Thanks Oxo!
