A good product easy to use
It's a good product to use, and is robust. My only reservation is that the arms are a little slack. For my mind, just a bit too much play, when working a tight cork.

Bought this to replace a corkscrew that snapped and was difficult to use. This is a quality product and a joy to use. No more struggling to remove corks from wine bottles although I usually buy wines with screw caps. Highly recommended.

Great customer service, replaced broken one after 2.5 years under lifetime guarantee
I bought one of these 2.5 years ago and it has been really great. The reason I am reviewing is that it just split in two, and under the lifetime guarantee, I have quickly been sent a replacement. Great customer service!

Snapped after 3-4 months
It lasted less than 4 months before the shaft snapped. Made with very cheap material.
