It comes with 9 uses.I only used it once because it was so effective. My teeth feel smoother too.I think the people that give this bad reviews didn't read the instructions correctly.I've considered using it a second time.After consulting with a dentist he said yes these things work but there is a risk of the gums receding. If you Google receding gums it does not look good. My gums did feel a little different for about a week, but no pain. Everyone is differentI think the whitening is worth the risk, at least once anyways.The next day I had a glance at myself in the mirror and I had to look twice because my new white teeth caught my eye and I had forgotten I whitened them. So that was a nice surprise which left me smiling all day with confidence.Now only if I can clean my lungs from all the bong rips loland yeh it only took 20 minutes!

I've used the full pack now and I can say with certainty it did not whiten my teeth. I followed all the instructions on the box and I am not a smoker/coffee-tea drinker. I was really hoping to see great results based on previous reviews by the end of my treatment. I would monitor my teeth colour every day while I was doing the treatment. It did not make my teeth whiter, sadly, but thumbs up for at least not giving me any tooth sensitivity at all. The kit is practical and contains everything you need for the treatment, instructions are clear too. The flavour is neutral - not good not bad either. I don't regret buying it, but blessed as I am now with the gift of hindsight, I don't see any reason why I would buy this again in the future.

Amazing results, as good as what you get from the dentist. And a LOT cheaper.Very easy to use. I was surprised that the components included a small 'light box'. This little box activates the bleach in the gel, and includes a timer. It is fitted with a mouthpiece that fits perfectly into the plastic mouthplate that holds the gel against the teeth for the 10 minutes needed per application.The mouthplate and light box are both very comfortable and easy to clean. Whole procedure takes less than 15 minutes per day.Suggestions:- use a towel around your shoulders to avoid bleach stains on clothes from drips- don't worry if you leave it a few minutes longer than 10 minutes, but don't go less than 10 minutes per- put the gel on the mouthplate, put the mouthplate in your mouth, and then push the light box into the mouthplate (easier to place lips around mouthplate without the lightbox attached)

I was a little sceptical about trying the prof duct but trusted the reviews and am very glad I did. There was a visible change after a few days and once I had finished the 9days I felt like I had a new set of knashers!

As per the title, I couldn't see any difference. I started as an "8" on the 1-12 yellowness scale, I like coffee and red wine, so no surprise there. I followed the instructions carefully, used it for 9 days, 20mins each time, was careful to spread the paste evenly, etc. After 9 days I was still an 8, maybe a 7 if I'm being generous.I wasn't expecting glistening white teeth, but hoped for *some* improvement, so this was disappointing.The device itself was a little fiddly to use, and made me gag when it was in my mouth, I had to trim away the edges where it was sticking into the side of my tongue. The blue LEDs seem a bit gimmicky as well, like they are pretending to be UV light. But they are just blue LEDs.The taste was fine though, a mild coconut flavour.

It does whiten your teeth...well it did with mine.. not 'perfectly white' mind you so please do get this thinking ya gonna get something that an actor pays thousands for lol but it does work to make stained teeth go noticeably whiter than before. It's just you have to keep using it over and over to keep it white, I thought maybe I could get them white to a degree and with regular brushing they would stay that way but alass it didn't, probably me being silly thinking that tbh 😅Overall though it gets a 6/10 from meThank you
