Love love love these. I had the Sony headphones that hurt my neck and ears so these were recommended to me. So happy I got them. I would be lost without them.The fact that they're not inside ears are great. They are 2 years old and still going strong. Highly recommended

If you have loud ambient noise surrounding then you will not have that blasting music you’d expect which is understandable. However, if you have quiet ambient noise around you then you’d hear a huss/hum from the product (I’m not sure if it’s a fault in mine or it’s all like that). If you’re blasting it to maximum volume then it’s somewhat a audible to poeple in the same room.Size: it could be better to have sizes or even adjustable because if it’s worn for a long time it might get a little uncomfortable but it works on all sizes.Overall: it’s a good product for the use of it and price given

I bought these headphones as a Christmas gift, and it was a couple of weeks after Christmas that my husband told me there was no sound coming out of left ear piece. I tried to return/exchange through Amazon and was told I’d have to deal directly with seller. That worried me a little, but I received excellent customer service from Jerry at MVP soft store. I shipped the defective headphones to MVP and a new pair were sent to me within a few days.I live the comfort & quality of sound. Noise cancellation requires wearing foam earplugs as the headphones sit outside your ear, but that’s what I live about them. I can hear the music or podcast when I’m out for a walk, but I can also hear what’s going on around me, so I thinks it’s much safer that in ear headphones for outdoor use.

I bought this a few months ago, and now the battery dies after about one hour. Their support at aftershokz doesn't seem to want to respond, I've tried contacting them a few times about it.
