Review with updates from notes app: 1 week and the most recent one. Jan 28 I was worried af about the taste after reading all the reviews 💀 turns out it tastes almost like nothing. The pills at most literally tastes like wheat. The coating of the capsules do NOT taste nasty or weird at all, I literally licked it and it tastes at most like oat or rice flour. You don’t taste it at all when you do swallow it fast with water tho. This is such a good bottle, it’s has 320 caps in there and for only $13 is a steal 😆 So an update: I literally only took 2 pulled yesterday since the day is ending and haven’t room any today, I checked how I smelled. I don’t stink at all, I can’t really smell maple syrup my my armpits slightly have this sweet smell??? Like only a small hint of it?!? I only took 2 pills and that’s the result I got. I even sniffed myself down there to check and it’s NOT my usual smell either, it’s slightly sweet but not entirely maple syrup. The instructions said to take 2 pills 3 times a day so 6, I only took a third of that. I’m probably just gonna take 4 everyday instead of 6 cuz this is some strong stuff, you get your results the literally next day 😭 plus these induce periods or make them come faster so I’m having some cramps rn and idk what’s going on. My actual period is supposed to come in just few days but I’m already having cramps today so maybe it’s coming sooner than I thought? Another symptom is my boobas are slightly sore, but they’ve been like that since yesterday. Record of days: Day 1: took 2 only since it was night time and day was almost over Day 2: took 4 Day 3: took 5 I can start smelling something from my armpits, I can clearly smell my own scent but they’re something sweet there. 75% myself and 25% foreign sweet smell Day 4: morning and I haven’t took any yet, OMG I SMELL SO SWEET AND ITS A LOT MORE PROMINENT THAT YESTERDAYS SMELL. My armpit and my down there, there’s literally a sweet scent 😭 I still taste the same so far so probably have to wait few more day for the scent to actually get stronger. Took 5 again. I the maple syrup smell isn’t strong but it’s obvious, if you smell it, you can tell it’s straight up maple syrup, it even just a subtle tone but it’s like if you poured the syrup on me. I still have to use deodorant(unscented) cuz I still stink from the literal bacteria that consumes my sweat, I don’t have any body odor at all. Once I got the deodorant on I stopped stinking and the maple syrup smell form my pits were way more obvious. This fenugreek does NOT stop body odor btw, so many ppl have been saying that and been misleading people. Day 5: took 4, I smell about the same. Not lighter, no stronger. I smell super fresh and so even I’m into myself when I smell myself 😭 the sweetness of the maply smell and the body washed mixed together is like heaven to my nose. Remember, you can only smell the best when you’re clean, even if you don’t wear deodorant, at least wash your armpit so you don’t get the bacteria that makes your pits stink. I’ve been taking it consistently enough I think 4-5 is my number and it’s been settling in my body the way it is and my body is used it now :) remember this varies a lot from person to person cuz there are reviews of people saying they stopped taking or took less because of how strong they smelled like maple syrup or they can’t stand the smell of it. To me it’s pretty light and sweet, not heavy, not strong, but obvious maple syrup smell if you understand 😍 I’m gonna update more until I reach day 7, my period is close, I need to know if it’ll do any good for me while I’m on my period. Day 6: my period came, I didn’t feel cramps at first when I woke up but it gradually got worse and I felt it. Cramps are completely gone after I took one single pain killer. Took 4 in total today. Day 7: the cramps are about not there, I didn’t need to take any pain killers today for it. Usually my period cramps are gone on the third day usually and this is the second day. Took 4 again. Feb 26 I just discovered my period smells like full blown just maple syrup now 💀 like I’m not even leaking blood, more like I’m leaking maple syrup out of my cooch. That’s how well it works 😭💀 I was showering and I realized what the smell is, I would’ve never noticed if it weren’t for that shower. Also I still have cramps, it was really intense yesterday, I had to take painkillers again. My cramps haven’t really gone away at all so there’s that. But these supplements really really work!!! And I’m super happy abt it, will be buying more bottles in the future :) Update: I forgot to add, this INDUCES period so you might experience your period more intensely or comes faster. The second time I had my period taking this I had a super heavy flow on the second day and then basically almost nothing the 3rd day I thought my period ended but it didn’t. It’s just super light on the third, most of the period stuff came out and really quickly on the 1st-2nd day. That’s my cycle usually and this fenugreek made it even more intense than usually 💀

9/24/13: I tried More Milk Special Blend before this, thinking the blend would work best. It didn't do very much for me, so I went the cheaper route and tried plain fenugreek, expensive doesn't = better. I took fenugreek Sunday night then started doing 3-4 pills 3 times a day. (I did it with and without meals, no noticeable difference) I chart my pumping out put in an excel doc and using that I can tell that I went from 2.5-3 oz during my at work pumpings to 3.5-4.5oz regularly. I only pump 3 times at work (7/8am, 10/11am, 1/2pm depending on work load). My first pump since starting fenugreek is generally 4oz, second is 3-3.5, and third is 4-5oz. I still dont pump enough at work to feed my boy so I pump once in the evenings and once when I get up at 4am to have enough for daycare. So I would say that this supplement works, not a HUGE jump but it's only the first few days of taking it so theres a possibily of it increasing. Oh! I dont smell like maple syrup (yet), but when I burp I taste it. I'll try to write an update if anything changes. Update 10/8/13: So I haven't been on this for a whole month yet but I now pump 4oz at each work pumping which gives me just 2 oz short of what my son needs at daycare and I pump the rest in the AM with 1-2 oz leftover :). I recently got sick and didn't want my supply to tank so I upped my pills to 4-5 3x's a day and now I defiantely smell like syrup, my husband says the bathroom smells like syrup after I pee lol. (on the plus side he doesn't mind the sweet smell, as I'd read another person's husband hated it). **also I am not absolutely positive it's related to the fenugreek but around the same time I started taking it my son went from breastfeeding 30-40 minutes in the evenings to about every 1-1.5 hours, not a huge jump but it allows me to get stuff around the house taken care of !:)

Good price for the quantity and dosage provided. It's unclear if this supplement is 3rd party laboratory tested. I use Fenugreek in hopes of improving testosterone, which according to studies means one tablet daily should be sufficient. I haven't had my T levels tested, so I don't know if it has resulted in any improvement. I've not noticed any benefits or side effects. With regard to some people complaining about the tablet's smell/taste... it has a mild Fenugreek smell and taste which I don't find offensive. 4-star given because I don't give 5-star reviews, because nothing is perfect.

Yea I’m MIND BLOWN at how amazing this supplement is for helping milk supply. My supply was dipping 5 months PP so I ordered this & tried it because my babies pediatrician recommended it. My supply was up the next day. I hadn’t felt engorged for atleast a month or two and the following morning after taking this supplement I FELT ENGORGED and honestly was so happy to lol. Try this if you need to up your supply. It’s honestly so worth it & it’s not even pricey!!

Many of the reviews said that Fenugreek is an herb that will enhance milk production when breast feeding which is why I purchased. Also the lable says its to improve breast milk production.However, when I got the product it says not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding mothers so beware.

first I was scared to order because some of the reviews says they had an headache and gas in the stomach but now I'm glad I ordered it for my breast feeding because it really helps to produce milk. my breast doesn't produce anymore milk(only a drop) but I was desperate to go back to breast feeding but when I take this medicine my breast produced a milk. and now it produce about 10ml. just pump it every 2 or 3 hours dont't give up😊
