works well in 1 and 9/8 inch walker frames
the product is easy to install, fits both 1 and 9/8 inch diameter walker frames easily. I haven't seen them in use long enough to determine how well they wear

Skis not feet
This product was well named by including the word skis In the name. They are not meant for stepping but for gliding. I learned the hard way. Stepping onto our luxury laminate floor which is slippery to begin with, the walker, which had the new skis, slid right out from under me. Guess what? Yup. On the floor, bottoms up. That's when I realized that my walker, which I had inherited from my mother years ago, was no longer a walker but a glider, if you're on a hard slippery surface. On concrete or asphalt or anything with a grip, taking steps with it (as a walker) is fine. Just giving you the warning in case you don't know and are thinking of buying them. Now that I learned my lesson, I just slide along the floor or even short carpeting, where they work great.
