The box has on it; 16A relay AC 110-240V DC 12V/DC 30-50V I used 110VAC as my power supply and used the dry contact portion on the relay. It can be used to switch/ send your supply voltage to your device as well. How this helps. LeRoy

I'm not an electrician, but I think that should be fine as long as you're not exceeding the current capacity which is 15A. A couple of 'regular' light fixtures is well below that. You'll need to make sure you have enough room in the box for the device and the extra wiring (including wire nuts, WAGO connectors or whatever you're using) if you're going to use both the existing switch and the Shelly.
