I got a defect product
I received a defect product. one of the screws is not working and after lots of effort i discovered that it was all rust inside. the problem is that i used a metal tool trying to spin the screw which made deep scratch marks so i wasn't able to return it. I ended up using my repairing skills to break the hard plastic around the screw and made a solution for it.

One item perfect one faulty
I had purchased 2 items from same supplier however one was in good working condition but the other one was rusted and pieces would come out when using. There is no option to return the item as well.
