I've tried a few pastes over the years and I've never really been 100% satisfied with any of them. I eventually settled on using Axe's messy hair look because it gave my hair volume and it is relatively inexpensive. I eventually grew tired of Axe because it left my hair clumpy and it was difficult to style my hair with the product. I had been looking to getting Pete & Pedro's paste until I watched a youtube video review stating that both the Pete & Pedro product and the Mister Pompadour clay are basically the same product. Mister Pompadour offered free shipping so I gave it a try. The product is not cheap at around 20 dollars, but it is worth every penny. After trying the clay, I feel like I'm finally living in current times. The product is easy to apply, it gives my hair enough volume to cover my receding hairline, and my hair stays put for most of the day. The clay also washes off really easy. I have noticed that you will get a stronger hold if you apply the product to wet hair and then blow dry it. Again, the product is quite expensive in my book, but it is worth every penny, especially if you want that messy hair look to deal with loss of hair.

Amazing product and its very premium which comes with organic raw ingredients and has a wonderful smell.Although its perfect for all hair types and give you the hold the texture that is required for the hairstyles.

Supieror hold, Matt finish, nice smell. Washes out easily, can remold hair style with only your fingers. Worth every penny especially if you have thin hair.

I have thick hair it doesn’t do all that much for thicker hair I usually use the beeswax paste it has high hold so it works for my hair but this does not work for my hair I bought it because i saw a video that hair clay are really great for people with thicker hair so I thought this would be perfect but it was not ya and one more thing this clay is really easy to apply on hair that’s is the only reason I would buy this product but I think if you have fine to thin hair then go for it
