I live in a remote mountain area where I don't have ready access to fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis, and because of the climate, only a few isolated options can be be grown here. SuperFruit Reds not only provides me with most of the benefits of fresh fruit, it has boosted my energy 5-10 fold. I have to admit that I was lagging prior to taking this supplement and I couldn't understand why last year at this time I was still doing OK as far as energy goes. I got these for my husband. He'd gone to the doctor for one thing and discovered his blood pressure was off the charts high. Admittedly, part of that was just being at the doctors, but, it had been high for a while. He didn't want to take prescriptions because of side effects, so I went looking for information on lowering it naturally. Along with diet change, I found that by adding certain things to your diet you can bring it down. I found these. And his blood pressure has gone down dramatically, for the most part. Only when he stresses does it go up which is normal. But these has worked with diet change to bring it down to relatively normal numbers. He says he can tell when he's forgotten to take them. That's not going to be an issue any longer since they're going to be in steady supply for him now. I couldn't believe they kicked so quickly. Neither could he! His BP is now under control without the need for prescription meds. And that's a good thing!!!

I have only taken 1 bottle of each but I feel like I have more energy, and have ordered another month! My wife and I are both taking them and we are in our late 70's.

While i have only used this product for a day, I did feel better, I had more energy and was less tired. Can't wait to see/feel what it is like after a month of taking this product.

Easy to take, but you only get one months supply, so it would be nice if they made larger bottles. Had bad mask acne all summer and early fall until I started taking this daily and now I rarely get a pimple. Better energy, too, don’t feel I need caffeine in the afternoons
