I was very excited when this KIKI Health Organic RAW Carob Powder first arrived and straight away made my first hot chocolate with it; as I had not had carob hot chocolate for a very very long time. It was delicious! The taste was heaven; though as time went on and I made more carob hot chocolate, I sensed a taste of chalkiness; and I'm still unsure as to whether it is from my plant based home made milk; or whether it is from the carob powder. I'd like to think it's my plant based milk as I recall my first carob hot chocolate with this powder was simply delicious. I'll just keep trying to perfect my home made plant based almond milk. I highly recommend this and I'll definitely buy again. I very much like that it is in a bottle format; as it's easy to spot and store.
