It smells nice but is a bit too firm. I think I will take out some of the filling to allow for a softer more personalized to my typing technique

Exactly what I needed - a good wrist support that doesn't come apart like the ones that are just glued shut filled with that gummy substance. A little too full or stiff presently, as it's brand new, but assuming that will subside as it's broken in (as Yogibo products do so wonderfully.) Haven't taken advantage of the heating feature, but will when the weather gets colder.

Expected it to be a little longer, it's short of the keyboard size so I have to shift it back & forth

Love that it can be heated up. In a cold office it's wonderful to have.

It was way to fragrant.
