I actually purchased this thinking it was a rotating brush , and when I received I realised in my haste to order it wasn’t and I almost returned it , but the item is so well made and of extremely good quality , I decided I would use it , and I am glad I made this decision ,it extremely easy it use it has a timed auto cut off when you have cleansed enough so you can’t over cleanse and potentially over stimulate the skin and make it sore so therefore gentle , BUT it leaves the skin feeling well cleansed on normal or deep cleanse and I could immediately tell the dead surface cells had been taken away which left my skin smooth and soft ready for product , so yes I’m really pleased with it and it has a very neat recharging hub .

This was brought as a present for my wife and she loves it. She finds it easy to use and gentle yet effective. However, there was an issue with the charging/battery which occurred outside the Amazon return time, so approached the manufacturer for help. They were exceptional in dealing with the issue, identifying the problem and replacing the faulty unit very quickly. When you have such great product support it makes it easier to choose when buying. This is a great product and with such superb support it comes highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend paying a bit more for a decent brush like this one. You can feel the quality when picking it up . It has 3 different speeds and so many different modes. Waterproof too. My skin feels so much better after only using it a few times .

I have purchased this Facial cleanser for my wife. It seems to be very good at cleaning the face. It is very straightforward to operate with three different speeds and three different brushes entirely depending on an individual's choice. Simple and straightforward to charge it. It has a docking station for charging. Just plug in to the USB port and insert the device inside the holder. My wife loved it. I also use it occasionally ;)

I have been using it for a few days，so happy with it so far. If you buy pricey washes, this device seems to me a way to get the most out of them, and thereby justify their cost.

It’s ok. It’s a lot of money for what you get, compared to others out there. Could do with more attachments. On the plus side the battery is amazing holds a really good charge. Use twice daily and only charged once.

Absolutely crap, doesn't even work has been charged for two full days and still doesn't work ....

Best thing I have bought for ages. Wouldn't normally spend £70 so easily. So glad I did, made my skin feel as soft as a babys bottom and at 48yrs old, makes my skin feel and so much younger! If anyones hesitating, DON'T.We all need a treat at the moment x

J'adore la vibration de cet appareil qui me laisse la peau toute douce, un nettoyage doux et en profondeur, il y a 3 niveaux de vitesse - vibrations - oscillations tour/ minutes. Je l'utilise le soir avec un gel moussant et c'est devenu mon petit moment détente et plaisir en fin de journée : un massage du visage et après la sensation d'être toute propre, débarrassée du maquillage, de la poussière et de la pollution diurne. Je ne peux plus m'en passer.

Hello all! I purchased this product after, sadly, the company Clarisonic went out of business / stopped making their iconic facial-cleansing tool. I had been a Clarisonic fan and customer for years, and like many of their customers when it was announced we'd no longer be able to buy their products, I was frantically seeking a replacement. One has to be careful for cheap imitations or products/cleansing systems that claim to do the same thing. After looking at the reviews of the product, I decided to give it a go (it was challenging to choose a replacement, since there are so many like systems on the market!). I received the product in mid October 2021, and I must say, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! As a matter of fact, I recall always wishing my Clarisonic were a bit more powerful, and this product delivers on that! It has power, it absolutely deep cleanses the face, the device is easy to clean, it's sturdy/heavy feeling in the hand (not cheap feeling AT ALL), and I was overall super, super happy with it. Until... sadly, the base randomly stopped working to charge the unit about a week ago. That is only about 2.5 months since I received the product. I still have a LITTLE but of charge left in the brush unit, and I'm literally rationing it out, hoping it doesn't stop working until I can get a replacement base. That's the *only* criticism about the product - the reviews about the charging base - there are other reviews pointing to this. Some reviewing say it caught fire, got too hit, melted - things of this nature. I never faced any of those issues, at all, and like I said, I think I actually prefer this device OVER Clarisonic, believe it or not. I have been trying to get in touch with the seller to please send me a replacement charging base - I'll even pay for it (!). I haven't received a response yet, so we'll see. I love this product, and it'll be a shame to not be able to use it after 2.5 months of receipt due to the base charger not working any longer. We shall see, but otherwise, I recommend the brush and product itself.

Charger unit can not get wet! - so we had it on the bathroom sink ledge along with eletric toothbrush. Just the spillage of water in normal use "wicks" up inside of the charger and renders it nonfunctional. Charger needs the cable socket area to be moved up on the unit by at least a 1/4"... We used a Jar top to place under the charger to keep any water from pooling near the charger. A simple design change on the charger would make this the best unit out there. Hope that HANGSUN reads this post.

This item worked only for over a month, all of a sudden the light BLINKED and when I turned it on it will not worked and so I charged it for more than 24 hours but whenever I took it off from charging still it will not work; its still not working until now ! TO THINK THIS IS THE 3RD. ITEM I BOUGHT AND DID NOT WORK AFTER USING FOR A MONTH to 2 MONTHS!!! I AM HOPING THE MANUFACTURING-COMPANY WILL REIMBURSE ME EVEN FOR THIS LAST UNIT OR PRODUCT THAT I BOUGHT FROM THE MANUFACTURER THROUGH AMAZON!!!

Have had this brush for over 2 years now with no issues except for trying to replace worn brushes. The company no longer supplies them and haven’t found one from another site yet. The brush still works well still
