very good mtc oil, however, was in a pharmacy today and saw for 50aed cheaper

This costly product came without any expiry date printed. Seal was leaking when it arrived. So, I won't be able to use it. I purchased it for my newborn baby. This product is not eligible for return. I lost the money (500 AED).

Very disappointed because it was thought to be in a glass bottle but came in plastic which is of no use!

I needed some MCT Oil to add to my diet for brain fog and thought I should try one that is by a brand I trust - Garden of Life. I have had no stomach issues adding it to my coffee or breakfast but I don't think I feel the benefits I was hoping for. I might look for an alternative when this bottle has finished.

I wanted a good quality MTC oil because I heard about it on a YouTube site I like for healthy recipes, gardening & tips. I don't have lots of money but I am over 70 & have health issues so this sounds promising. I do need to be more consistent but I think there seems to be better clarity for myself which is a big deal at my age. I haven't used as much as a tablespoon but we shall see. I use it in my morning coffee so far. I may try it in a salad dressing. Wine, vinegar, etc As most here say, there is a issue with the top. It leaks down the side when pouring. What I do is put it into a plastic squeeze bottle with a pull up top. I hope that doesn't hurt the quality which is very good. Maybe I will buy a better & safer dispenser. One question that I have, if anyone knows, is what percentage of the C8 & C10 are? I read that C8 is a little better tolerated but C10 has its own benefits too. The oils that I researched seem to use a 60/40 ratio. (more C8)
