Poor Quality and no after sales service
Very poor quality of the container, within 1 month the black layer started popping out n spoiling the rice. Very hard to reach custome care for complaint or replacement.

I love the design of the rice cooker, i found it very cute and girly , I used my rice cooker 3 times now, and the 3 times it burns a bit the rice, i am bit dissapointed about it. I It's my first rice cooker so i can not compare this one with an other one, but i think there is still better one than this one.
