It still manages to get the job done for my daily coffee needs. I did not return for that reason but they did mislead.

They are smaller than described (250ml not 320ml). However, they are nice mugs that I have used in the microwave and dishwasher

Excellent quality product. Value for money. I have used this product for last 5 years. As I wanted to replace old mugs but wasn't finding suitable replacement I searched amazon and found some bad reviews. Still I went ahead and ordered. Very Happy with my decision.

The Shape and size is very good, just it hold upto 240ml instead of 320ml, rest the quality and shape is really good. Easy to clean also.

Good product. Genuine item. Received in original Ocean packing plus outer Amazon packing. One glass received in broken state.Photos attached.. Similar problem reported by another customer. The problem seems to be the method of packing. I suggest the following: 1. Packing between the glasses should be added. Could be paper stuffing. 2. The glasses should be packed with alternating one glass upright and the next glass facing down.
