I received the item with broken seal. As a result the oil had leaked. I also doubt the originality of the product. Hence initiated a return or replacement of the same

I have been using JBCO for 4 years now since my discovery of this product. It has helped me on the following issues : Dandruff, yes I experience dandruff and have had tried several products to take them out completely and it was only JBCO that has helped me with this issue. Skin Dryness, JBCO doesnt have moisturing properties but has plenty of nutrients that are very beneficial to your skin. It helped my scalp, my hair and my skin when I used this product. Beard growth, I have experienced significant improvement when I started growing out my beard with this product. It made my beard strands thicker and healthier, they do not look dry. BEFORE YOU BUY! This product has a strong smell and I am telling you it is not for everyone! It has a strong burnt smell, is it harmless? No its not. The product is all natural and was made in this traditional method. I love coffee too so the roasted smell is not an issue for me. This is the only cons that you can get from this product but plently of pros and benefits.

BEST THING SINCE SLICE BREAD! Aside from use in hair and in deep conditioners: It's a healing balm that can be used on skin to repair lesions and holes in the skin due to acne or other issues! It builds the skin and repairs the damage. This product acts as a thin shield and barrier to the environmental elements while acting as a safe antifungal. I've been using this product for decades!

I'm older now and my body no longer delivers enough of my natural scalp oils to my hair -- this leaves it very dry and brittle, and prone to falling out. The only way to bring my hair back to a healthy condition is for me to actively apply the necessary oils myself. I do this my creating a personal oil mixture which I apply to my scalp and hair on a regular basis, and the Jamaican Black Castor Oil is the most important oil that I include into the mixture. The rest of the oils (Argan, Olive, Mustard and Rosemary E.O.) thin out the castor oil just enough so that it can be easily worked into my hair. Once applied, I leave in until the hair follicles absorb it -- I know when it's time because my hair begins to feel somewhat more "dry" than "oily" to the touch. At this point, I shampoo/condition as usual. The lather washes away the surface oils but the absorbed oil remains leaving my hair feeling stronger, thicker, and softer after I've dried it. This castor oil, I consider, the main ingredient to what I ultimately set out to achieve -- the super thick consistency is a vital part of my healthy hair maintenance. Good product!

Good quality castor oil product. I was very happy with the quality, and packaging. I use it to remove my makeup at night, and it quickly absorbs so I can use my other skin care products. I do have very dry skin, so it's been helpful in my skin care journey.
