Très bien. Même si ne fait pas s’endormir comme un somnifère. Il faut quand même y croire un peu.Pour moi meilleur qualité de sommeil

Helped my partner sleep.
7-8 mins she was out like a light, tried some myself and I had the best nights sleep. The taste is nice and soothing quite warm on the tongue. I wouldn’t recommend using it regularly as you may become reliant on it. Definitely would recommend
