Good LED products and I’m satisfied now. Customer service solved all issues.
Loved the LED strips. Easy to use, plug and play.The company (lilia company rep was amazing) has stood behind their product as they said they would have. They have made great steps in fixing my issues and replaced defective items as they promised. I have changed my rating for this reason.Initial experience: Stopped working and thrown out, have bought 2 others and both also have issues even though they are not touched and hidden.

The packaging and everything was ok, it’s just the batteries for the controller weren’t really working, and had to get another one which was really hard to find. Continuing , it also had a very short string. Overall I give it a 3/5.
