Magnesium, zinc, and iron are key minerals for health and I found all 3 of them in this supplement. A serving is 3 capsules, so there are 30 servings in the bottle. The capsules are filled with white powder and they have no flavor or odor. They're easy to swallow. I mainly take this supplement to prevent leg cramps (benefit of magnesium) and improve my immune system (benefit of zinc). So far, it has been effective for both of those purposes after using it for a month. I like that the product information is clearly shown on the label so I know what the ingredients and % Daily Value of each of the minerals is. It was well packaged with a safety seal on the neck of the bottle. This is a brand that I trust and they have other supplements that are also high quality.

I received these Chelated vitamins and I can't say that I completely saw a difference in my performance or brain focus. These vitamins do not taste bad or smell funny, they are very easy to swallow, which is a great thing. I did not give these vitamins to my children so I cannot say how they would have responded at this time. I took one star off due to not seeing a difference with the product. Everyone is different and may have a better experience or outcome than I did however, I will say from the price point, they are worth a try, especially if Magnesium, Zinc and Iron is a vitamin that you must take and they are not expensive or overly priced. The price point is great I just wish I had a better experience. I do recommend these vitamins due to the price point.

The capsules are too big to easily swallow.

If you struggle to get enough Magnesium, Zinc, and/or Iron or have been noticing issues that point to deficiencies, this supplement is an odorless, aftertaste-free method of increasing your intake. The dosage is three standard-sized capsules. The primary benefit to this product is that there is no digestive upset experienced for me after taking it, even with relatively little in my stomach. I usually take this earlier in my day, when I've had maybe only a protein bar and and an energy drink a few hours earlier. While some Iron and Zinc supplements can cause nausea when taken without a full meal, that does not seem to be the case with this formula. The one odd part is the lack of label transparency regarding the Copper. As this supplement contains a high dosage of Zinc, it is critical to ensure you are supplementing sufficient Copper to balance it. For every 8-15 mg of zinc, you should consume about 1 mg of copper. So for this supplement, you would want 2.3-4.4 mg of Copper as a balance. However, while the product description does say it includes chelated Copper for this purpose... the nutritional facts only show Copper Bisglycinate in the "Other Ingredients" area, rather than telling you precisely how much is included. This makes me worry that it may be so small an amount as to not even be able to be listed on the Supplement Facts area, and may be a tiny enough amount that it's not even performing any real balancing function. Because of this, there is NO WAY to know if you're even close to the recommended Zinc-to-Copper ratio! I truly don't understand why they chose to make this so unclear while still including it in the product marketing text. As I find transparency to be critical, especially for supplements, I have removed two stars for this bizarre decision. I would personally choose a product with more information available to its consumers.

I use several Accentrate products to support my neuro needs. For me this product is invaluable due to the nature of the formulation and chelation which ensures that I receive the necessary minerals that support my optimal health. By using this product, I am able to supplement my magnesium needs without stomach issues that I have previously experienced with traditional magnesium. The chelated formulation minimizes gastro discomfort. it is a wonderful product and is excellent in quality. Great composition of multiple B vitamins. Some of the "other" ingredients are my favorite but very happy with product so overlooking. I have used "Accentrate Neuro 110- Complete Vitamin B Complex Methylated Multivitamin w/L-Methylfolate (5-MTHF) Methylcobalamin (B12) Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate (P5P) Brain Health MTHFR Supplement," but subsquently switched to... "Accentrate® Neuro X - Complete Vitamin B Complex Active Multivitamin w/L-Methylfolate (5-MTHF), Adenosylcobalamin (B12), Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate (P5P) Brain Health MTHFR Supplement Neuro-X low dose of L-methylfolate and adenosylcobalamin," all ordered from Amazon. Neuro X has the active B12 instead of methylcobalamin whichworks better for me as an. overmethylators. I share and reference these products because I feel they further speak to the personalized and attentive consciousness Accentrate as a brand has for its customers needs. I highly recommend Accentrate and their products.

Accentrate Minerals 110 is formulated for teens and adults over 110 lbs, supporting mental health, wellness, and focus. I like that it’s made in the USA, but I’m not a fan of the large capsule size or the fact that you need to take three per day with meals — that’s a lot, especially for teens. Another downside is that the bottle I received has an expiration date only about six months out, which is disappointing.

My son takes pills well. However, these capsules are really big. Really disappointed since it would be great to have two vitamins in one dose. Won’t buy again
