This is the best working and strongest cough suppressant there is, besides the one you need an RX for from a physician. We’ve been using it for a very long time with great success. Don’t be fooled by the generic brands as they don’t have the same ingredients! Delsum is more expensive but you get what you pay for, in this instance.

It is cough syrup. It does not make you sleepy. But take before bed and coughing will slow down. I find this to be the best over the counter. The taste is ok as well. 5 stars if it totally stopped the coughing. 🙂
