Curly Hair
I would recommend this brush if you have a curly hair fur baby. My boy is a Maltipoo and he tolerates this brush. His other brush I couldn’t get him to sit still whileI brushed him, he would also bite at his old brush. This 1 he will let me brush his paws, sit or lay down. This brush is gentle on the tangled areas, It doesn’t pull out his hair & it makes him look nice and fluffy afterwards. It’s a nice sturdy brush too. I’m very happy

Awesome brush that is well worth the price.
This brush works like magic. It makes quick work of brushing out my cavapoo and the bristles don't feel sharp and pokey like my other slicker brush that she hates. It is well worth the price. Now I wish I had gotten one of these sooner. The brush itself is very sturdy and easy to use, light weight and looks pretty too. The tines are long and blunted on the ends and do not bend easily like other slicker brushes. I will never use any other slicker brush again.

Great product for doodles better than chi
Works very well for our golden doodle!! Came highly recommended by our groomer. Price is fair considering a dematting fee is around 90$ which can be avoided if you use this regularly between groomings. Zero regret purchase you will be thankful you did. We had a chi brush that is crap compared to this.

Causes paralysis
Risk of paralysis. My poor dog is unable to move when it gets anywhere near her. Please don't buy this for your pets if you like them, but buy 2 if you love them. A handful of the pins were pretty wonky when I got it, but I snipped at the base and she doesn't seem to complain.. Unless I quit brushing her. She has that thick Japanese Akita fur, but sensitive old lady skin so I went with the best option to make sure it was gentle and it is and cuts right through the hair, and leaves her with a grin and looking content. I would say the end user is quite happy, which making her happy Is an accomplishment in itself. It works amazing and I do not think you will be disappointed if you add this to your arsenal. The brush quality is absolutely amazing and it leaves my girl's hair tangle free without yanking on her fur too bad. Although when I get around her neck I don't think she complains if I do get a little more aggressive. Even when being a little more aggressive, I have found she doesn't complain, and being quite aggressive on myself, I didn't find it painful. In fact I've used it as a back scratch a few times. I have to say, I can see why she likes it.

Great brush for an old pom
This is worth the money! This was one of the brushes recommended on the channel from The Girl with the Dogs. For reference, I have a 13-year-old, seven pound Pomeranian. She's generally very well-behaved with grooming but has a couple spots that are really hard to brush and also happen to be the spots that really need that brushing. I was glad that I read through the description of this more thoroughly when I was deciding on the brush to get. I almost missed it, but there is an actual difference between the brushes themselves beyond just the color. Get the peach one. You can scroll down through the description to read more about the differences. It actually does hold the hair in the brush without getting stuck in it. Compared to similar brushes I've tried for a range in prices, this one seems to bother her less as well. Sometimes she gets flaky skin, which can be a challenge for brushes that have spikes that aren't designed well. This helps get out the mats in the spots that she hates with less complaining or anger. The handle feels nice in the hand, especially as someone who struggles with arthritis. I like that I'm not losing bits of hair as a I brush and can just pick up the clump straight off the brush and into the can. Although there was a small and large option, I am glad that I purchased the medium. It is faster to brush her with it for most of her body, even in more contained spots - at least with a dog who usually isn't fighting me the whole time. If you had a smaller dog or one that does more acrobatics the whole way through, you may want the smaller brush. Recommend!

Lightweight, no-nonsense grooming (drama included)
This brush means business. It may be on the pricey side, but it’s undeniably effective. The bristles go deep, and remove tangles with real efficiency. It’s lightweight which makes it easy to maneuver - even while dealing with yelping protests and attempted sprints from the pups. My goldendoodle and a bernedoodle who boards with me absolutely hate it, so this is clearly not a painless experience for them. That said, once the theatrics are over, they look incredibly fluffy, and well-groomed. Not the gentlest brush out there, but if your goal is results, this one gets the job done. 🐶

My doodles look like they are straight from their groomer!
I’ve wanted one of these for 5 years but didn’t want to spend the money. I finally did it & I’m so glad! This is by far the best brush for my mini golden doodles. I’ve tried several imitations & they hurt my dogs skin. This one does not hurt them & makes them look like a fluffy cotton ball! Highly recommend! I will never use another brush. Seems to be high quality.

This is a great brush!
I had a basic slicker brush for my cat that I got at the local pet store. However I follow a groomer (girl with the dogs) on YouTube and she uses this all the time. You wouldn't think it makes that much of a difference but this is a really good design and it's very effective for helping to shed out loose hair. Yes it's expensive, but I think it's worth it.

I hesitated for months to buy this brush because I heard it was great, but the price made me pause. I wondered if the the brush was really worth the price. I finally bought it and after my first three brush strokes on my long haired, double coated dog I was convinced and had zero regret buying this brush. Brush time has also become easier for me and more pleasant for my dog.

A bit pricey but does the job very well. The dogs like it as well. Works great on our bedlington terrier

Other brushes absolutely cannot compare for brushing out poodles, I promise you this brush is absolutely worth every penny for how fast and easy and gently it brushes my dogs dense fur. The bristles are not anywhere near as sharp or poky as cheaper brushes, and the bristles are longer and angled perfectly to bust up the fur clumps that form in the undercoat. Never in a million years would I have thought I’d be spending this much on a dog brush but I was promised it was worth it and it is!

This looks like a non authentic Chris Christiansen brush. It doesnt have an etched logo/signature. Packaging is not as per shown picture. Item can only be returned on the same day??

Ends of wires are bent at the right angle, also finished with roundwd ends so no tearing when you brush. Does a good job the first time. Doesnt make my dog like it any better but takes less time to get things done.
