Great product.I actually took one every night before bed. Slept well and I believe they worked. Unfortunately i have not been able to buy more as current stocks are not there. They are a tad pricey but i feel with It.

This product has baffled me! I’ve suffered with anxiety for years, taking this has gave me the ability to do things I didn’t think I could ever do again, like go the supermarket etc. It’s made me so happy and confident, I actually cried happy tears! I was not looking forward not to an instant result but for a little more help in relaxing at night to get a little more sleep or feeling in the mood to do so , do I gambled out of interest to see the effects . . After following the instructions I found This product did nothing at all , it is useless and did nothing in any of the claimed results or supposed helps , do not waste your money .

It’s a shame these didn’t help as much as I hoped they would because I know the ingredients are natural and associated with easing the parasympathetic nervous system. I did find it eased my anxiety but just not enough for me to rely on them as I’ve been suffering with mental health issues for years but thankfully I was able to find other tablets that worked much better and ones that I could truly rely on (ASIN: B001E44LVA / B00M8QQJ1S)

Got them for Winter Blues and did not make any difference to me .
