Average at best, they do the job but they are veyr uncomfortable
As the title of the review says. They do the job but are VERY uncomfortable no matter what position you place them in. They force your back to arch forward in a very uncomfortable position causing a lot of strain on the spine.

I can't afford the space a preacher bench would require in the garage, and this does a great job. This one says its made from alluminium - hopefully prevent any rust through use. (I've not magnet tested it) It is strong, and has good quality, wrap around, rubber end caps. Gives a great isolation for the biceps and triceps. Wish I had got one years ago!

good product but could use thicker neck foam so it doesn't cut so much into neck. keeps me from straining elbow and forearms. buy for big arms.

Este producto lo recomiendo apliamente. Lo uso 2 veces por semana y cumple por mucho su función. Recomiendo mucho los productos de esta marca. He comprado Arnes de cuello, Arnes de cintura y son excelentes productos. Felicidades!
