Hard to tell if a product like this is good or not. It did not make me sick but maybe only placebo effect

It would be nice to have 60 pills in one bottle, since the daily dose is 2 pills. Less plastic needed. I can see my brain performing much better. After my second pregnancy it is noticeable how the brain looses a little bit its tuning.

First time using mushrooms for healing! Working very well for me. Helping with memory, blood pressure and calming. Finished my second bottle this morning. I will say, I am going to try drops instead of capsules as my supplements=too many capsules…

PLEASE READ BEFORE TAKING: I initially loved this product and told all my family and friends about it. The first time I took it, I was on it for a month and I felt great! Noticed a huge difference in my gut health. I ended up trying a different product line of drinkable vitamins. I decided to get back on the lions mane. The next week and a half was a HORRIBLE experience. I went into a deep depression, started to experience extreme anxiety and had a panic attack. I have NEVER been a person who has struggled with anxiety. I am a female in my 30s and have lived a very healthy and low stress lifestyle. At first I thought it was menstrual related but when that came and went I felt helpless because I couldn’t figure out what changed to make me feel so low and mentally foggy. I decided to do research again. That’s when I noticed a Reddit post linking lions mane to causing others depression, severe anxiety and panic attacks! I felt relieved knowing I wasn’t crazy. I began to experience these side effects the first day I took it and continued until the day I stopped. Once I stopped taking it, I noticed the foggy brain going away and I started to feel like me again. My husband also noticed the huge difference. I no longer recommend this product. You have to be very careful of the interaction your other supplements can have with this or it being regulated to confirm its not a bad batch and releasing toxins. I gave a 3 because I have never had an issue with the company but the product should have a caution label because though it is not a wide known side effect, it has been an outcome for many from all of the post I read.
