Does it heat the milk?

It does not heat the milk. It is a motorized whisk.

Is it supposed to be bent? Mine just arrived and the frother end is curved, not straight

If the product you have does not look exactly like the one in the picture - then yours is not correct - wand should not be bent and frother should not be anything but round - I hope this all makes sense

I tried using it mutiple times and the foam isn't fluffy enough. It is watery and I don't know what the problem is? Tried with both hot & cold milk...

I bought mine just to mix a nutrition powder with milk. It does fine for that. Are you using whole milk or other? That might be part of the problem. Using it just under the surface will help. It won't whip a whole glass or cup full.

I would wanting to use it after I make hot cocco in a pan just for a cup,, any one try that?

I was given one of these and then bought 2 more to mix my bullet-proof coffee. Found these to be awesome until they break. They all have broken after two-three weeks. One I was able to fix with some epoxy but eventually even that broke. The connection of the wisk and motor is the weak link.
