Although the dosage is above the prescribed 30 mg, i take it on alternate days. Addition of copper is a must as zinc alone depletes copper reserves in the body. Great for prostate health

الطلب وصلني وبعد فتحة وجدت اللاصقة الداخلية علي الزجاجة مفتوحة وللاسف لايوجد استبدال أو استرجاع، والرائحة نفاذه بس ما بعرف اذا كانت هي رائحة الزنك

When I first took it, of course after eating lunch, I felt a very bad problem in my stomach and after 20 minutes of taking it I felt very sick, vomit and dizzy as if I had taken poison and this condition continued for two days in a row. I checked the expiry date and the quality of the active ingredient as written on the box It is impossible to be made of natural compounds. We lost our money and almost lost our lives. Absolutely love this supplement. Been using it for about 2 1/2 years, and it definitely helps with immunity as well as as increasing copper absorption into the body.
