Perfect for My Pool Waterfall LED Setup!
I used the BTF-LIGHTING 5in1 WB5 controller to bring my pool waterfall LEDs to life, and it couldn’t have worked better. Setup was quick and easy—once connected to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and Tuya Smart app, I had full control right from my phone. The color options and brightness control are fantastic, and it responds instantly to changes, even from Alexa. What really impressed me is how smooth the transitions and effects are. Whether I’m going for a relaxing color fade at night or bright, vivid colors for entertaining, this controller handles it all. It even syncs well with other LED zones I have nearby. If you're looking to add smart lighting to your pool features, this controller is a solid, affordable option. Just make sure you’re on a 2.4GHz network, and you’re good to go!

This is pretty freaking rad.
I purchased this to use as a remote dimmer for some accent LED lighting I added to my Gardesol Louvered Pergola (review on that, soon to come). I was a bit skeptical at first but figured I'd give it a go. Very glad I did. This is pretty freaking rad. The app that you use to control it was super easy to setup and use. It has a ton of cool features but the one I use the most is the schedule feature. I have it setup to turn on at a calming 20% brightness at 8:00PM and off at 10:00PM every night. Long enough to dazzle and cause envy with my neighbors who have relegated themselves to using string lights (gross) to light their patio, without me remembering to turn them on or staying up past my bed time to turn them off. There are a few things that I will point out but probably aren't a big deal to most. First, the current output rating on this is 12A @ 12-24VDC. For the size of this unit, that's not something to blink an eye at; its rather impressive. However, the screw terminals aren't capable of holding a wire gauge greater than 14 AWG stranded. Yes, I know that 14 AWG is typically rated for more than 12 Amps, but the 10.4 Amp LED driver that I purchased came with a 12 AWG pigtail and it made the mating of the two rather annoying. So keep that in mind. Secondly, it would be nice if the unit was a tad bit smaller. I have mine installed in a single gang weatherproof box and its just a touch too big to fit in there neatly. It will probably fit fine in a standard single gang box if you were using it indoors. Lastly, its installed in a single gang, waterproof, metal box, outside of my house, and somehow is still able to connect to my Wi-Fi router. I thought for sure that it was a longshot but it works...that's pretty freaking rad. Especially for the price.Final note: The review is asking me to rate the adhesion. I didn't use the adhesive tape that came with it so I can't rate it. Besides, that's a strange feature to ask someone to rate on this.

I like the thing!
Seamless and easy to integrate into my lighting set up. I like that it’s wireless. The touch function hasn’t had any problems for the year or more I have used it. I also like the options to turn one bank of lights off at a time, or all at the same time. The brightness control is really really handy as well. Probably the biggest reason I bought it.I’ve got 2 receivers installed on top of cabinets. They cannot directly see the remote, but that doesn’t stop this thing at all. The controls are responsive, and accurate. Overall, I really like this thing.

Easy to set up and use
Basically I have a JBJ aquarium with wireless led light hood, that stopped working wireless, this worked well to replace the controller, however I’m not really sure about the app they point you to use. I can’t seem to figure out the plan or schedule, although it seems like plan works, I don’t think it’s adjusting the colors. It does fade in on start, and fade out on end. Also worked with Google home, which my own mistake cost me a day of testing, but overall this was perfect, easy to connect, also I assumed I would need to cut my power supply to hook up, but there is a port to plug it into, you can’t really see that in the pictures. Literally took me 2 minutes to connect, 20 before I figured out I needed the app to make sure all the colors were connected correctly, but it couldn’t be easier or quicker. $30 controller vs. $400 aquarium hood. Works with 5V input too!
Even though the device (C01W Monochrome PWM and YMMV on the other models) is labeled for 12V input, it works with 5V 1A input too. Really wish they listed it as such but hey, it works with my Alexa and Bambu LED lamp kit so still 5 stars. If needed, will buy again.

Sadly Disappointed
I cant speak for the ones other than the 5in1, but the 5in1 model is BAD. Says you can do 5x monochrome (single color) lights on the controller with 6A per channel. Sadly the channels are not individually controllable, they're all controlled the same. Which is most likely a software or firmware limitation since the hardware is there as each channel would need to be individually controlled to change colors on a RGB/RGBW/RGBCCT strip. The other MAJOR flaw with the 5in1 is the terminal strips. The terminal strips on every other model according to pictures are a screw terminal, whereas the 5in1 has a spring terminal. The spring terminals have an exceedingly small opening and do not hold on to the wires very well, especially when you have a single common positive slot.EDIT: Well about 1 month later the 5-in-1 is pretty much even more useless now. It reset back from single channel white mode to RGBCCT mode on power loss originally. Now it switches off of single channel white to RGBCCT at random intervals (could be 5 seconds or an hour) but always changes back.

Great single color controller that is easy to install and set up
Used this to install under cabinet LED FCOB lighting. Used two separate controllers and they are nice and small and can easily fit into any small space when installing. Only needed a single color controller and this for the bill. Easy setup with the Smart Life app and integration with Alexa. Highly recommend this controller!!!
