Incorrect BEE energy rating
I ordered this fridge based on the listing that clearly stated it has a 3-star BEE energy rating, but the unit I received has only 1-star. This is very disappointing and misleading, especially since energy efficiency was a major factor in my purchase decision. I would have considered returning it, but doing so is extremely inconvenient and I don’t have a backup fridge to store my fridge Please update your listing to reflect the correct product specifications to avoid misleading other customers.

Incorrect capacity stated
I didn’t want to give it any stars but I used a similar fridge for the past 6 years without any issues so 4 star is good. I believe the description is misleading. It states 810 litres but it is a 600 litre fridge. I believe I overpaid. Paid for 820 and got 600. I need some clarity on this from Amazon and Samsung.

The product was perfect and the supplier was very good too. Upon request he sent the product across in 48 hrs which was a big help given that my previous fridge had broken down.

Inaccurate item description- star rating
It’s mentioned that it’s “BEE Star Rating 3 Star“ but the one i recieved shows only one star !!!
