I bought it and I was very excited about my baby first eating day and unfortunately the steamer isn’t working

Item is faulty. Delivery took so long I wasn’t able to take it with me until a later date. Now that I’ve opened it and tested the steamer is not working. It has never been used. Dont buy from this seller

W e have bought this in jan..w restarted giving solid on Feb and hence started using on Feb.. In 15 days time, we have realized that grinder is rubbing with jar of food and releasing plastic parts and it’s very dangerous and can’t be used Pls take this urgently

Philips Avent , I am highly disappointed with the quality of your this product. The inside of the blade of the blender are getting scratches due to friction.We notice plastic particles inside the baby food, so we checked. It can cause major health problems. We have already prepared food before for him, so we don't know how much harm it has done. Our baby is only 6months old, It's dangerous for the baby. How can the quality control approve such product for distribution in the market.

I purchased this 5 months ago and started to use just now but the water is leaking from the tank when boiling i contacted the philips avent customer service in facebook and send a video of the problem they give a number to contact in uae but the lady said they cannot do anything since i dont have an official receipt from amazon and cannot be pick up expensive but not worth it.

It was working very well and I was using it everyday. However, IDK why, it stopped steaming one day. The blending part still working but steaming not. It doesn't warm the water.

Utilisé tous les jours pour préparer les repas de nos enfants jusqu'à 2 ans, notamment en phase de diversification. Le système 4-en-1 est vraiment pratique : cuisson vapeur puis mixage directement dans le même bol, sans transvaser. Une purée est prête en une quinzaine de minutes avec une texture homogène et adaptée à l’âge. L’appareil est stable, simple à utiliser et permet de préparer plusieurs portions à l’avance. Les éléments passent au lave-vaisselle, ce qui facilite le quotidien. Petit bémol : le bas du bol peut s’encrasser facilement et demande un nettoyage un peu plus minutieux. Globalement, très bon investissement pour une préparation maison régulière.

Ikzelf heb deze gebruikt voor mijn kinderen en heb hem ook gekocht voor mij zus. Handig in gebruik en makkelijk schoon te maken. Zit ook een recepten boekje bij. Heb er de Philips potjes ook bijgekocht.

Is a must have for when you start diversification super easy to used and clean i used as well to crash walnuts, almond,to prepare oat flour for to steam vegetables and fruits
